• Items will be shipped and delivered to your doorstep within 10 – 12 working days from the next day of payment confirmation, excluding all public holidays and weekend.

Please be informed that Four Season Casing will not be responsible in any loss or delay during the delivery of parcel. Delivery within Malaysia will be shipped by Poslaju. Four Season Casing ships by other courier service upon request and extra charge. Poslaju Shipping Rate:

Exchange & Refund Policy
• All sales are final once the order has been confirmed. No returns or exchanges are accepted. In the event the product is out of stock, a refund will be credited into the buyers account. Defective item does not include wrong model chosen, wrong color chosen, dislike of design chosen or any error in purchase caused by buyer.
• Color deviation (due to monitor display) and measurements deviation (lay flat) within range of 0.5 to 1.5 inch will not be considered as defective items. In this case, a refund / exchange is not allowed.
• Four Season Casing reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
• To avoid any error, Four Season Casing advice buyers to confirm the details of item before making purchase.
