Give your product the best care it deserves as exposing to abrasive substances, chemical substances, excessive sunlight exposure will worsened the condition of your personalised item. Our cardholder is made from top and full grain bovine leather, so natural creases, irregularities in texture and colour can be seen sometimes. However, it does not affect the quality at all. We understand that customised items are so unique and special for each and everyone, so, once the design / monogram is confirmed, there will be no exchange or modification accepted.
