We assume that you have read the following terms and conditions when you place an order:

2) For READY STOCK, upon receivin
g your order, we will reply your email within 24 hours to confirm the stock availability. Please don't make payment before we confirm the stock availability. Bank details will be given in the confirmation mail (MAYBANK).
3) Payment is to be made within 2 days from our confirmation mail or your order will be cancelled. Kindly inform us through email or sms once payment has been made.
4) Prices are NOT negotiable and prices stated EXCLUDE delivery charges.
5) For PRE ORDER, ETA is only ESTIMATE DATE and not the exact date. Delay might happen due to delay in shipment or production or custom clearance. There will be no REFUND OR CHANGES after PAYMENT has been made due to:
- Delay Production or Delay Shipment
- Customer Cancel due to any issues
For Pre Order items, we will only KEEP YOUR GOODS FOR 2 WEEKS if another balance 50% is not yet paid. After 2 weeks, we will release your goods to other customers and no refund will be made. Please understand that other wholesalers also have this rules.
6) Deposit 50% is needed for PRE ORDER ITEMS. After payment is done, no cancellation or exchange design is allowed, otherwise we will not refund your deposit.
8) Please be informed that some designs in ASSORTED SIZES, sometimes you will be getting different or varies or repeated sizes shown in album.
9) Some Pre Order Items are authentic overruns or factory excess, sometimes it might have small defective. We are not responsible for small defective items. Small defects such as 0.5cm’s stain, out of alignment, pumping line, etc will not be entitled for refund or exchange. Exchange of goods will also subject to the availability of stocks. Any disappointment on the quality, colour, etc will not be entertained for refund or exchange. However, if the defect is very serious, please take a picture and show it to us. We will try to ask supplier for compensation. If supplier willing to compensate, then we will compensate for you, but if supplier do not responsible any, we are not too. For defective item, please inform us within 2 days, otherwise your issue will not be served.
10) We shall not be held for responsibility for any damaged and not be liable for any loss of goods incurred during the delivery process EXCEPT if we fail to show the prove of delivery.
