For offline banking, we only do cash on delivery to certain PJ and KL areas. Return & Exchange
Mamaland provides return for all items, except Sale items and specifically stated non-returnable items.

Returns can only made one time per order number, three days after delivery and on defective items only. Examples are torn, stained, broken and damage.

To return, kindly email us and we will guide you the steps.

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting use. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchange due to this reason is not acceptable.

Measurements stated may vary slightly as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered as defective item and not liable for return/exchange. Regret of purchase is not considered as a reason for return/refund.

Items with slight imperfections that do not affect the function are not considered as defective and requests for return/exchange will not be accepted. Examples are loose thread and etc.
