Pakaian Kanak-Kanak Murah II Pre-Order Term & Conditions
1. Item sold is NOT refundable or exchangeable.
2. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.
3.

Buyers are advice to purchase slightly bigger size than the normal size you wear.
4. Due to setting of the monitor and camera technical, colour might be slightly different with the picture posted. Please DO NOT place order if you cannot accept the difference.
5. All goods are imported from overseas , out of stock might happened on pre-order item as we do not have direct access to the stock level /

stock availability for each items. We will only know after the goods reach our store. However if item are out of stock we will refund back the full amount.
6. All goods are imported from overseas and we are using outsource shipping company to ship the goods. Shipment might delay due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances. Please understand the meaning of Estimated Time Arrival (ETA), there is no confirmation of exact date the items will arrive. If the delayed happen it may be short delay or long delay and maybe take weeks or months. Therefore, please DO NOT place order if you are not able to wait. No order cancellation can be made by any reason.
7. Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different colour, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, don’t like the colour, or not as I expected and etc.
8. We only accept return if the goods have more than 5cm stain, holes, wrong shoes sent by us. Return postage will be bear by customer; we will only bear for the postage of new replacement item.
9. We will process your order within 24hours after payment. Item will reach our store in 4-5 weeks after closed date. After inhouse QC, we will send out the parcel to customer within 2-3 days.
10. We do not hold responsibility for any physical broken when customer receives the item. We will check each item before deliver, if we find out any defect, we will not send out the item. Therefore if customer receives the item in broken piece, please let us know immediately and we will check with our courier company.
11. For shoe pre-order, please note that may be NO ORIGINAL SHOE BOX will be provided during shipping, in this case we will use other box or bubble pack to ship it.
12. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
13. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju/Citylink requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju/Citylink office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
14. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
15. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.
16. You are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions after payment have been made.
