All of our sneakers & merchandise is 100% authentic / original / legit, purchased from authorized retailers. How can I track my order? Our shipping department will email the tracking info after shipped. Customer can track their item at Post Laju (Local). EMS (International).
3. Will sole4souls use double box when ship out my item? All Sneakers will be packed by normal paper box with the original
shoes box. MYR 33 charge for double box* service on single order. (optional)(For International Shipping Only)
* Provide an extra box to protect the original shoes box with bubble.
4. How long will the shipment take? Order takes 18 working days to process after payment received. Our CS department will email the tracking information after shipped. Should you have any question, free feel to email our CS.
5. I don't receive any replies by email? Our Customer Support Team strives to answer all requests sent by e-mail within 1-2 business days. If for some reason you don't see an email from us within that time, most likely it was blocked by some filtering software installed on your computer.
6. What is the refund/exchange policy? All sales are final. No returns or exchanges except for wrong items or sizes sent.
7. Can I cancel my order? No returns or exchanges except for incorrect items or sizes sent. 20% for the total price cancellation fee will be charge per item for order cancellation. (Except shipping and handling fees)
8. Do I need to pay any custom/impost taxes when the item arrived? We will mark the item value at a lower amount and ship it as a gift to avoid custom duties. However, we have no control over actions taken by any customs department. We are NOT responsible for ANY applicable customs charges, import taxes/tariffs, customs seizures/confiscations, local sales taxes and other customs charges incurred for goods being retained at Customs.
9) What currency do your price use? We use United States Dollars (USD) and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for all our price.
10)Why is my order out of stock? Although we update our inventory on a daily basis, for some hot models, we may receive orders at the same time frame and orders will be processed in a first come first served basis. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours and your payment will be refunded to you within 24 hours.
11) What does "may not be suitable for wear due to time" mean? Shoes with older production year (for example, 1999 or older) may not be suitable for wear and may deteriorate quickly with actual usage (for example, the upper and midsole may separate). We carefully state the condition of all of our inventory but cannot assume any responsibility in the case of these kind of older, vintage shoes.
