KAIZEN isn’t just a name, it’s a philosophy. From Japan, Kaizen means ‘continuous improvement’.

This concept started in Japanese businesses after World War II, especially in the automotive industry. Toyota was among the first companies to apply it systematically.

Kaizen teaches us that small changes, if done consistently, can have a big impact. It’s not about huge revolutions, but continuous small steps. In daily life, Kaizen can be applied to yourself, your work, or your business – improving routines, processes, or products little by little.

Even though many people out there use the name Kaizen, I chose it because this principle resonates with me – always striving to improve myself, my work, and my products consistently. For me, Kaizen isn’t just a trend, it’s a mindset.

With Kaizen, every day is an opportunity to be better than yesterday. Consistent small efforts can lead to big changes.
