- Item(s) to be returned must be in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, unwashed.
- All items must be shipped back to our HQ within 3 working days upon item received.
- Not applicable for accessories, swimwears,
leggings, invisible bras & SALE/Promo items.
- Colors may vary across screens, and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both. We reserve the right to refuse orders, and to make amendments to product information and prices without prior notice.
- Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us. We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
- Buyers are responsible for the return cost. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
- A standard processing fee of RM5 incurred for exchanges of size, colors or other items . A coupon code will be issued and you may use it to purchase the item that you would like to exchange or feel free to use it for any other item(s). It will be expired within 20 days of issued and balance is not refunded.
- All return/exchange request will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
