1) Payment received indicated item has been sold out and not refundable.
2) Defect item (excluded Free Gift & Defective Item Sales) that you received must be inform to LaViee via Message by proving the photos of defective within 3 days after item received.
3) Not allow to change colour or other products once item has been received by customer unless it was proven the mistake caused by our Company.
