Throughout the afternoon, our participants gained valuable insights into pregnancy, childbirth, newborn care, and anaesthesia, while enjoying interactive workshops on baby massage, cord care, breastfeeding positioning, and prenatal strength exercises. The programme also featured a maternity ward tour, exciting lucky draw sessions, and meaningful opportunities to connect with fellow parents-to-be, making it an enriching experience from start to finish.
