EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY.

1) To proceed with any complain you have to provide us proper parcel opening video. Without that no actions will be taken regarding your complain / request.

2) To register any complain / request you have to inform within 24 hours after receiving the parcel to proceed with the same day.

3) Return / exchange will be accepted only when the [product is damaged or wrong / d

ifferent product or size is delivered to you.

4) You have to post ack within 2 working days after receiving acceptance confirmation for your request / complain for exchange / return.

5) Minor issues will not eligible to return / exchange.

6) Products sold on "SALE" would not eligible for exchange / return.

7) As our some products are not brand product, complain regarding little difference in color, designs, and pattern would not be accepted for exchange / return. If you have any doubt, please ask for real image or refer if it is already uploaded.

8) If you have received the same size that you have ordered, we will not accept that request / complain for return / exchange.

9) Sometimes there are little color variations because of camera and lighting effects of image. We won't accept return / exchange for that. We can provide real image beforehand you order if you ask for.

10) PRE - ORDER ITEMS - Delivery in 15 to 25 Working days upon received payments. Tracking number will be provided after 15 working days from the date of order placed.

11) READY STOCK ITEMS - Delivery in 3 to 5 Working days upon received payments.

12) We don't accept rushing orders.
