Responsible for in-coming and final inspection testing in accordance to the pre-defined sampling plan and test method to ensure high quality products is being produced.

1. Ensure finished good are in good quality through careful lab testing as per sampling plan set by company and ISO standard 9001.
2. Conduct test on out of spec finished product that breech specification
3. Conduct daily lab raw material quality testing as per sampling plan
4. Retest on out of spec raw material and escalate issue to Quality Executive for corrective actions.
5. Practise 5S & Housekeeping and GMP procedure in workplace.
6. Ensure all Equipment ie Balance, tensile taster are well-maintained to ensure accuracy in the process.
7. Undertake any special assignment, ad hoc function and related duties as when required.
8. Follow safety and health regulations at all times, particularly when working with hazardous materials
9. Embed company’s core value, key success factor (speed, focus, innovation) and Operational Goals (Quality, Productivity & Consistency) throughout all business directions and day to day operations.

Education/ Qualification:
Minimum SPM, preferably with science background

Working Experience :
Any relevant experience in manufacturing industry

1. Ensure machine running at efficiency level by providing support to allocated production line.
2. Responsible to achieve agreed standard of output and quality
3. Check and prepare materials for production through daily check in morning and evening.
4. Handling Bi-Hourly zone equipment cleaning as per standard agreed by leader.
5. Daily inspection on zone equipment abnormality and escalate any issue raised to leader/supervisor
6. Resolve and highlight any quality issues and escalate material quality issue to leader/supervisor-
7. Up hold the production line for any quality issue (if leader not available)
8. Follow health and safety regulations at all times, particularly when working with hazardous materials
9. Embed company’s core value, key success factor (speed, focus, innovation) and Operational Goals (Quality, Productivity & Consistency) throughout all business directions and day to day operations.

Education/ Qualification:
SPM and above

Working Experience :
QC working background, with at least 1 years plant floor working experience
