They only stay little for such a short period of time - it goes by in a blur. Take lots of pictures and recordings so you have many stored memories.

How to introduce solids?

Start with some steamed and puréed vegetables like broccoli. Don’t mix them at first and don’t add any salt or spices so the baby has the chance to taste them separately. Be careful with fruits as they are sweet so the baby might prefer eating those over rather tasteless vegitables.
