This is the only order so far that I made a mistake in working out the customers' size from their photos. I made the top 4XL, the trousers 3XL and delivered via waybill.
The following day the customer and his wife said the clothes was too big; the man wears fitted clothes. Wife added that the clothes made him look like "Yahoo" boys. They sent a video and I realized the trousers should have been 2XL and the shirt between 2XL and 3XL. From the little interactions with them, I can say they were a lovely couple. I admired them.
Prior to the feedback reaching me, my friend who connected them to me had already advised them to find a tailor to shape the clothes. I suggested they return the clothes to me so that I can resize them. They'll pay the delivery fee for the return while I'll pay the fee to send the order back to them which is N2000 per shipping. This option will be cost effective for them while the clothes still maintain desired measurements specifications for good fit.
I didn't hear from them for three days and I thought the man has chosen to wear them as they were.
On the fourth day the wife informed they would return the clothes for resizing. Something in me accused the wife of kicking against her husband wearing the clothes they way they are so that he would not come off as a baller and become a sure target for women looking for zaddies 😀😀.
We have scheduled for them to send the clothes back to me on Thursday being tomorrow.
