I feel so, 200%. I hate making amendments. I have abandoned my own clothes that needed amendments several times but customers will not understand. I had to change my daughter's uniform zip on the morning she was going to school when I had no choice. Amendments can be frustrating especially if you are not the one who sewed the clothe.
