One thing I’ve noticed from reviewing different CVs is this:
Many people are more experienced than their CV shows.
You might have:
✔ Managed people
✔ Handled responsibilities
✔ Achieved results
But if your CV doesn’t communicate it properly, opportunities will keep passing you by.
Your CV is not just a document, it’s your first impression.
And in most cases, it determines if you get an interview or not.
