DART MANIPULATION
this is a method of transferring a dart from one location to another in other to create a style concept within altering the fitting of the garment.

I saw a post by Sew with Ijeoma about dart manipulation,Surprisingly I was just thinking about same topic last night.

A lot of tailors only think colour combo whenever they hear dart manipulation, thereby forgetting the real essence of the topic.

THAT FEELING.

Today I felt like a "fulfilled parent" at the shop.

I told one of my students that I needed an outfit for Sunday, that was last week Thursday, so I gave her the fabric, she took measurements and told her I am her client who don't have and style in mind, all I wanted was a skirt and a blouse.
She asked what neckline I wanted but me I no answer 🤪

She started drafting her patterns, prep her fabrics and started sewing all in a rush so she could meet up, but unfortunately she couldn't.

And today she said I must come for my first fitting oo even without proper ironing, na so I wear cloth body come dey sweet me ooo.
I just can't wait for the final look because hmmmm.

Now that is the feeling I am talking about 😊🤣
