Good afternoon.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE CHARGING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

1. You need to stop sewing out of fear of loosing customer... If you know what you are doing .... Place value on self.

2. Do your costing first before charging, even though you are the one selling the fabric and materials

( a) how much is the main fabric
(b) how much is lining/ interface
(c) how much is your transport fare
(d) how much does the accessories cost e.g zipper, appliques, interface e.t.c
( e) cost of machine maintenance, rent, fuel e.t.c

All this should give you an idea on how to charge your customer.

3. Add your happy price/ workmanship.
