Day 4 of the Pauline Prayers

By now we should have observed the tone of Apostle Pauls Prayersthey were kingdom related for the welfare and spiritual growth of the churches he planted.

Todays Scriptural Verse
Romans 15: 30-33
"Strive together with me in prayers to God for me, that I may be delivered from those in Judea who do not believe: "

PRAYER POINT
Lord i ask for protection for Ministers of God , missionaries/ me from the plots of unbelievers against them / me and that their/ my service to you will inpact fellow believers and bless them

AREA OF REQUEST
Peace and security
Service impact

Sensing that danger awaited him ( paul)in Jerusalem (having been warned several times as recorded in Acts 20:22-23 and Acts 21:10-14),
He pleaded for the people to strive or pray with him.

Paul knew he needed the prayers of God’s people to see him through the difficulty promised him.

Ministers of God , our pastors, spiritual heads need our Prayers.1 Timothy 2: 1-2


Likr Paul we need to strive in our prayers for our pastors.
They need your prayers and we thank God for them.
Pastors are sustained by the power of the Spirit through the support of their flock

Day 3 of the Pauline Prayers

SCRIPTURAL VERSE;
Romans 15;13 KJV
"Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost."

Romans 15:13, NLT: "I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit."

PRAYER POINT
Lord i ask you to fill me with great joy and peace so that
So that i may overflow with hope that does not make ashamed.

" For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed" Romans 10;11

AREA OF REQUEST
Joy , Peace and Hope

*Hope in God brings Joy,

*Believing brings Peace.

*Power of the Holy Ghost fills ud with hope.

Holy spirit empowers us to hope ( see Romams 8:24,25,26)

Paul makes this request of the God of hope, another beautiful name for God. He is the only lasting source of hope .
Paul asks that the God of hope fill these believers with all joy and peace "in believing" or as they trust in Him.
In other words, Paul is not asking God to simply dump joy and peace into their hearts without cause.
He is asking that as these believers trust in God, their faith will bring joy and peace to their hearts.
In other words, help them to keep believing so that they can experience joy and peace.

What a fantastic prayer to ask God for others or for ourselves. What more could we wish for other believers than to be filled with joy and peace and abounding in hope?

Pauline prayers are apsotolic prayers of paul for the churches he planted. These prayers were for the spiritual development of the saints character development, salvation of souls and generrally kingdom advancement

As you join in these prayers,you will observe that they are not mundane prayers, Paul never prayed for a material request.

These prayers are kingdom related.
