Do you know that children's ball dresses do not have to made tight before they can fit. A tight-fitted ball dress will only make the child uncomfortable. That is why many children will end up not wearing dresses their parents spent a fortune to make. They'll say 'it's itching me'. I guess you're familiar with that.

Besides choosing the right texture if fabrics - including tulle - for ball dresses, correct fit os also important.

The dress is this picture was made about two years plus ago and baby girl is still rocking it well. This is the case with many of our dresses.

You don't need to pack so much volume of tulle into your ball dress.

We use different methods to achieve fullness in ball dresses.

The tulle could be gathered or pleated.

The outcome does not only depend on how much tulle is gathered. The type of tulle used and the number of layers are also important.

Required measurements for a wide leg pallazo trouser

Waist circumference
Hip circumference

This is quite an easy one to make.

Add 7-10 inches to your hip measurement divided by 4 depending on the fullness you desire.
