Happy 11th birthday to the one who made me a mom🥰🥰🥰🥹

Ayomide was just a big baby in my hands few days ago. Eleven? When? How? I am not quite sure how time flew this fast! Overnight my baby bloomed into a handsome, smart, caring and lovely boy.

My sweet honey boy, trust me you are one of the loves in my life and you mean the world to me and the entire family. Thanks for always watching out for your siblings and I.

I'm truly still trying to process and wrap my mind around how we got here so quickly. I truly look forward to what the future holds for this handsome fellow and the unbreakable bond we'll continue to build.

Certain milestones just hit different with your first child. He is truly not a baby anymore, but he will always be my baby!!! I pray the hand of the Lord will continue to rest upon your life. You will continue to have the fear of God in you.

When Olajumoke sent her practicals on streetwears to me. I stared on the beautiful pictures for so long. Then a thought came into my mind; What if she concentrates on sewing only Asooke cargo pants. See how fitted and colourful her cargo pants are 🥰

She should market it with all her energy for a month or two. See her, see millions 💯

MY ONLY CLIENT CALLED AND I RESPONDED AS USUAL

When her birthday was approaching I thought of what to make for her. My plan was to sew only iro and buba Asooke because I’ve always admired it on babies.

Since I am the fashion designer and stylist, I said let me just sew two outfits for her Instead of sweating in the studio for just 1 outfit. One native and one two- piece.

A day to the shoot I got all the accessories for my client and she was excited, Infact she danced.

Before the shoot started, she was so happy. This made me feel convinced that my client is now a big girl that is ‘camera ready’.

When we entered the studio and everywhere was set that was when I knew I have chosen a wrong profession. Ha! I am not a stylist o, I am just a fashion designer. My client showed the photographer Lite Memories and I shege, we started singing and dancing for our little client. I thought this phase won’t last for more than 10minutes 😩😩😩 the shege lasted for more… my cousin joined us in persuading her to give us pose.

Last last, we had nice shots that made the fashion designer in me fulfilled.

What if I told you this client is still owning me for the job I did for her since May 30th 😫

The stress got me so bad that I only posted her on WhatsApp to wish her happy 3rd birthday because her radiant beauty won’t let me keep the pictures to myself alone.

Even if it is ‘tirifaive’ this client should just pay me to compensate my brand and I for a job well done. Abeg that is why I want you all to help me call this beauty out for the money she needs to pay Yetty Buttons🥹🥹😄

I sincerely appreciate all mothers and photographers that handle kiddies photo session. That job alone is worth more than gold 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🥰

WOMEN BRING ONLY S£X AND FOOD TO THE TABLE

"What do women provide for men? s£gs and cook food; Which could be bought with money" i once heard this from a clergy man.

I remembered this morning and I smiled.

Since he knows a woman only provides those things later in life then why is he spending so much money to give his daughters quality education? His daughters will get married one day and the only value they would bring is to be a cook and a s£gs worker or however he wants to frame it. l am very sure when his daughter grows up, the narrative will change because his daughter is not his wife. He will tell his daughter where she truely belongs!

If you like reduce your value to being a cook and a s£gs provider abi worker only. The same society that are dictating where you belong are the same society that will celebrate those women that refuse to be just a cook and a s£gs provider in their homes.

When I say add value to yourself; some people will think you're competing with others. You are actually adding more value to yourself as a woman when you can bring more to the table!

It is not about you! It is about your children and your society! More importantly, it is about the girl child!

Imagine sitting with your fellow woman and you are discussing millions of Naira project. That is flex for me 😄

Wealth is no gender based. Instill values in yourself that money cannot buy!!!
l am a woman and I am priceless. My values cannot be bought with money because I have more to offer the world.

My fellow women, please work hard, read books, invest in human currency and always add more values to yourself. These doesn't stop you from cooking and enjoying s£gs with your man... you are MORE!!!
