RESPONSIBILITY WITHOUT POWER: A major cause of disloyalty.

This is the salient thought of anyone who is assigned responsibility yet denied the power to take crucial decisions.

One major cause of disloyalty in teams is responsibility without power.

When people are given tasks but not trusted with decisions, they don’t feel ownership — they feel trapped.

When they are held accountable but not empowered, they don’t grow — they withdraw.

Responsibility without authority creates frustration.
Authority with responsibility creates loyalty.

People give their best where they are trusted.
