1. We will be posting available products images. Kindly note whatever we post is what is available at that moment hence, always confirm the availability of items before making payment.
2. in a situation where there's need for exch
ange, it should be done 24hours after purchase. Exchange isn't possible after 24hours for orders within Lagos. But for locations outside Lagos (i.e eastern and northern parts) it is 2days maximum. if we do not get the item within that duration, please do not bother asking for exchange.
3. Kindly note our prices are not negotiable for products with price tags.
4. Note that our deliveries takes 24-72hours depending on location.
5. Note that delivery charges are not negotiable, it is not our money. it's for the delivery personnel (drivers/dispatch riders). On most occasions, it is strictly delivered to your doorstep, no pick up option. NB: All these rules are to enable us serve you better.
