Add some respect to TAILORS please 🪡, they go through a lot to bring your style alive.
This was me yesterday in class trying to curate an artistic design on a fabric. Everything about the design and the fabric was stressful 😔 😮
I spent 6 hours working on the design. The annoying part is when my Oga insisted that I must finish it before the close of the day , I almost cried 😔😔.
Anyways, I am back to my sewing school after 4 months of absence from class due to my new store .
When I resumed yesterday, my Oga told me that, hope I understand that the 4 months absentia is calculated in the One year training I paid for, and that I am left with 6 and half months to round up for my training, And if I don't catch up before then, I will have to pay all over again.
I was shocked 😳.
Meanwhile, my co-apprentice don go far in the course.
Anyways, I have decided to attend classes twice a week to cover up for the lost times, Once, my duration is over, I will learn the rest in my workshop through my staff .
It's crazy juggling a lot together simultaneously just to stay focused, productive and resourceful.
