Procedure in making Groundnut oil and at the same time getting Groundnut cake from it In north known as (kuli-kuli).

1. Buy dry ground nut from the market that has already been shelled then remove dirt, there is nothing like soak here just follow the required procedure.

2. Then fry the Groundnut with the brown peel untill brown, just the way u fry normal Groundnut for consumption get a clean sack and pour the fried ground nut and cover allow it to get cold.

3. Get a small size chopping board or cutter and (bruise) peel off the red back.

4. Then pour into a clean bowl add ginger, clove to your desired taste and take to a mill machine or blend and it becomes smoth like butter.

5. Then start mixing the paste gradually with turning stick if it is In a smallu quantity, but in large quantity u will have to use your two hands then add warm water bit by bit and mix thoroughly the paste will start to change into a non sticky foam after that oil starts coming out from the hard paste and becomes hard the more you mix the more oil comes out and the more it becomes hard like a dough, remove the oil and pour into a clean container ready to be use or sell then.

6. The remaining dough is not a waste u will mould into any shape of your choice and deep fry with that same oil and allow it to cool, get a leather, pack and seal ready to be use or sell know as Ground nut cake (kuli-kuli) enjoy with pap or garri, real nigerian student call it jama stone.
