Kendrick Lamar began his music career in 2003, he formed a music band called black hippy

The California born curated original songs for the soundtrack of the 2018 film Black Panther, earning a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Original Song for the US top-ten single "All the Stars".

The just concluded Grammy awards, his song Not like us got 4grammy awards at a stretch.
Out of curiosity I had to watch the video not like us.

The Album is titled Cowboy Carter.
The 27 song album has some of Beyonce 's original songs, with beautiful covers of country legendary songs.
She payed homage to artists like the Beatles, Dolly parton and more country legends.
Upon hearing the winner, the queen couldn't hide her surprise.
Accompanied by her star daughter blue ivy, she received the awards.
This is such a beautiful moment for her.

Album titles:The allegator bite never heals. She released this song in 2024 under Capita Records.
The 27 years old was emotional when giving her acceptance speech at the 67th Grammy Awards.

Doechi made history as the 3rd woman to win this category. The first female was Lauryn hill, seconded by the beautiful Cardi B and now Doechi.

Indeed her performance at the gala night was phenomenal.

Hurray!, TEMS won best African pop song in the Grammy Awards. temilade opaniyi couldn't hold back her joy. She was elated that night.
In her acceptance speech, she dedicated the award to her mum and thank God for the award.
On her X handle, she acknowledged the OG ,Seyi Sodimu for releasing the song back in the day, her love for the song inspired her own "Love me jeje"song .

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, won this Awards on the merit of building notable infrastructures within the state under 18months without borrowing funds from any bank.

Governor Oborevwori, while receiving the award at an impressive event held at Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos, dedicated it to God and the people of the state for their unflagging support and partnership.

Governor Sheriff won the award alongside Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State; Umo Eno of Akwa-Ibom and Uba Sani of Kaduna State, said the award would spur him to do more for Deltans in the years ahead.
