PROFILE OF THE COMPANY
1. To carry on the business of general contract, trading, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods be they manufactured or not, commission agents, manufacturer's representatives, importers, exporters, general suppliers, general contractors and general merchant; to buy, sell, manufacture and deal in all articles, substances product, system and appliances that will enable it realize its set objectives or that it's commonly or usually bought, sold, manufactured or deal in by persons carrying on any of the businesses having objective similar to that of the company.
2. To manage, equip, acquire and run Inns, hotels, rest houses, accommodations and lodgings establishment of every description; to carry on the business of resort, hotel and catering services and to act as hoteliers, proprietors of hotels, restaurants, hospitality, industry and supplying of catering equipment.
3. To acquire, establish, manage and run meat shops, abattoirs, slaughterhouses, warehouses and all premises for carrying out the objective of the company.
4. To carry on the business of real estate agent in all its ramification. To act as estate managers, private developer, cooperate manager and engage in allied business of all description; to carry on the business of environmental impact assessment to deal in any other similar business which the company might be useful to enable it realize its seen objectives.
5. To carry on the business as interior, exterior decorators, finishers of construction works, shredding of Plaster Of Paris (POP), and to act as home and office finishers, and undertake the finishing of any establishment or place whatsoever; to manufacture, supply and deal in soft furnishing, ornaments and decorative accessories of all kinds, including carpets, rugs, curtains, ornamental, wall fabrics, ornamental mirrors, statuettes carvings, pictures, painting, vases, urns, flowers, plants, birc-a-birc, curios, object d'art and Antiques.
6. To borrow or raise money in such manner as the company shall think fit, and in particular by the issue of debentures or debenture stock (perpetual or otherwise) and to secure the payment to any money borrowed, raised or owing by mortgage charge, or lien upon the whole or any part of the company's property or assets (whether present or future) including it's uncalled capital, and also by similar mortgage charge lien to secure and guarantee the performance by the company of any obligations or liability it may undertake.
7. To do such other things as may be considered to be incidental or conductive to the attainment of the above objective or any of them.
