1. Get plenty of African Berry (Agbalumo) seeds.

2. Wash and dry them thoroughly until they are easy to deshell.

3. Deshell the seeds and discard the shells.

4. Pound the seeds into a fine powder, then sieve to get a smooth consistency.

5. Mix 4 tablespoons of the powder with a bottle of honey to create a syrup.

Dosage:
Take one teaspoon of the syrup twice daily (morning and evening) for two weeks. Then, take a break before continuing.
