My tailor don't accept half payments before she commence sewing. You pay in full.

When i got to know her, she was accepting 50% of the total amount you ought to pay for your job.
But as time progresses she stopped the 50% and collected full payment.

Another of my tailor in Shopping mail Aba raised her sewing fee to power ⁴ and you must pay 80% of the total fee before she will touch your material.

Did it stop many people from coming?
YESSS!

Did it stop the targeted customers from coming?
No way baby
They trooped in their numbers.

Here's a thing I learned from these outstanding tailors.

They know their craft and from time to time they updated their skills.

After making your dress it will be as if you were moulded in the outfit.
You can't wear their handwork to an occasion without getting compliment here and there.
You are overjoy with your looks.
Confidence is your new Moto.

Their pricing and payment methods are ways of segmenting their market and sending away those customers they don't need.
They train the ones that can afford them how to pay on time.

So every Tom and Harry isn't their target and can't be.

Upgrading your knowledge in your field of business makes you more money.

Everybody is not your customer, have a target.
