I saw Saudi riyal for the very first time😊
One of my customers, who lives in Saudi Arabia and came to Nigeria for her vacation, stopped by to pick up her order, a full modest wear haul, of course🤭
As she was about to pay for a few extra things she picked up from our accessories section, I noticed a currency and immediately asked, "Is that Saudi riyal?" She smiled, said yes, and showed it to me.
I don't know if I'm the only one, but little moments like this excite me. It reminded me of the first time I saw and held a dollar.
The only painful part? 💔
Even after formatting my content phone as requested by the engineer, it's still not working properly, so I couldn't take a single picture or video of her order. No packing video. No reveal. No beautiful content. I simply packed everything and handed it over. Content creators will understand this kind of pain. 😭
But beyond that, I'm genuinely happy.
My modest wears are going to Saudi Arabia again, not only Hajj or Umrah, but to live there and become part of someone's everyday wardrobe. That thought alone makes me smile.
Alhamdulillah. May this be the beginning of many more orders crossing borders. آمين.
