Back story
On the 20th of March 2026,she reached out to me that she needed for a photo shoot on Sunday.
I directed her to our channel where sizes and prices of items are clearly written for her to make a choice.
After payment,she pleased with me to send it out before our delivery date so that it will get to her before Sunday.
Luckily I was able to get a driver and it was sent out.
The following day,she reached out me that the item is not her size. That she will sent it back to me on Saturday 21st of March that I should please send another blazer which is the one she used for the shoot in this picture.
I agreed because my aim is to satisfy my customers without waiting to get the first blazer.
Since then,it has been stories upon stories.
No communication from her end. I have to ask about the item before she will bring up stories.
Please tell her that I don’t need the blazer again,let her pay for the blazer.
Our refund policy is 72hrs for items outside uyo.
Today makes it 1 week I haven’t seen my blazer neither the money
