THIS IS WHAT SELF-CARE REALLY LOOKS LIKE 💚

1. Rehydrate and Refuel

Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and rehydrate your body.

Eat a light, balanced meal rich in vegetables and lean protein — avoid heavy or greasy foods before resting.

2. Take a Warm Shower or Bath

A warm shower or bath relaxes tense muscles and improves blood flow.

You can add Epsom salt or essential oils (like lavender or eucalyptus) for a spa-like effect.

End with a few seconds of cool water to refresh your skin and boost circulation.

3. Massage or Self-Massage

Massage your shoulders, neck, and feet to ease tension.

You can use a massage oil or balm (coconut oil, shea butter, or essential oils).

If possible, book a professional massage once or twice a month.

4. Stretch and Unwind

Do 5–10 minutes of gentle stretching or yoga after work.
Examples:

Shoulder rolls

Neck tilts

Hamstring and back stretches

This releases tightness and prevents soreness from sitting or standing too long.

5. Prioritize Rest and Sleep

Turn off screens at least 30 minutes before bed.

Keep your room cool, dark, and quiet.

Try a short nap after work if you’re extremely tired — 20–30 minutes is enough.

6. Skincare and Body Care

After bathing, apply moisturizer or body oil to keep your skin soft.

Exfoliate 1–2 times a week to remove dead skin.

Use a foot soak if you stand for long hours.

7. Relax Your Mind Too

Play soft music (like ambient piano or classical ).

Do deep breathing or meditation for 5 minutes.

Avoid carrying work stress into your personal space.

1️⃣ Download a Registered Stockbroker App

• Examples: ARM Stocktrade, Chaka, Stanbic IBTC Stockbroker, InvestNow, Bamboo, LeadTrader, etc.

• Any of them you choose is easy to navigate. Just take your time, and contact the company’s customer care if you encounter any challenge while using the app you choose.

2️⃣ Fund Your Account

• Use a bank transfer or your debit card to deposit your money.

3️⃣ Buy Stocks That Fit Small Budgets

• Look for strong, reputable companies whose stock prices are below ₦100.

4️⃣ Diversify, Even with ₦5,000

• Don’t put all your money into one company. You can buy shares from up to three different companies.

5️⃣ Keep Adding Money and Think Long-Term

• Stocks are not for “quick money.” Leave your investment for years and keep adding small amounts regularly. Monthly if possible.

6️⃣ Monitor Your Investment Through the App

• Stay updated with market trends, company news, and quarterly financial reports.

➡️ Extra Tip: With ₦5,000, you can begin your journey into stock investing. Choose the right companies, stay consistent, and your future self will thank you.

✅ Note: You can book a paid one-on-one consultation session with me at any time to help you build a workable savings framework, set up your personal investment portfolio, or manage your small business. You can also register early for my upcoming November Investment Class.

🔥 THE STORY OF TWO VILLAGES 🔥

Once upon a time, there were two villages, separated by a river.
One village thrived, the other struggled.

Every morning, the struggling village would watch as boats filled with food, clean water, and gold sailed to the thriving village.
They complained loudly:
"Why do they have so much while we have so little?"

Years passed. Nothing changed.
One day, a young boy from the poor village swam across the river.
When he arrived, he was shocked the thriving village was not waiting for handouts… they were working together, building bridges, and farming their own land.

The boy rushed back home and said:
"We have been fooled! The river was never our enemy. Our fear was!"

But the villagers laughed at him.
"Sit down, boy. It’s easier to complain than to cross the river."

Years later, the thriving village became a city.
The poor village?
It vanished not because of lack of resources…
…but because of lack of action.

💥 MORAL:
If you refuse to cross the river, you will drown in excuses.
No one is coming to save you. MOVE. NOW.

"It started with a whisper… then came the shadows.
No one saw it coming, but everyone felt it.
One decision.
One secret.
And a truth that could change everything."

🔥 This September, a story unfolds.
Are you ready to uncover it?
