I love highlighting places of people who run their business with heart: places led by people with love, passion and dedication to their craft. This is why I created guides with inspiring places, the first one is about food & drinks in Amsterdam. 
 
One of the spots included is . Amalia handmakes beautiful vegan chocolates, and while I don’t eat chocolate myself, I often buy them as gifts: everyone I take here ends up loving it.

a new beginning.

over the past months, i’ve been quietly creating something new. you may have noticed a small change on my profile: a new logo for the collection one.

this saturday, on small business saturday, i’ll be sharing the soft launch of what i’ve been working on.

Dear customers and followers, ⁣

As you may have noticed, it’s a bit quiet on this account and that’s not without reason.⁣
⁣
Over the past four years, I have run my store full of love and passion. However, after this period, I noticed a shift in me. Although I have enjoyed running The Collection One, I no longer feel the need to continue the store full-time in the same way. ⁣
⁣
I have decided to keep this account for now and decide by time what I want do with it. In the meantime, you can still order on the webshop and this autumn there will be possibility to buy the last stock physically.⁣
⁣
Meanwhile, I am orienting and applying for a full-time job. I am seeking a position in sustainable clothing or interior . Do you see anything passing by that you think would suit me? Please let me know!⁣
