It still amazes me how much a woman’s body can change in such a short amount of time.

Pregnancy, birth, postpartum… one day your body is growing a tiny human, and the next you’re holding them in your arms.

My body has changed through every trimester, every postpartum phase, and every chapter of motherhood. And while some days I barely recognize it, I’ve never appreciated it more.
