Benzak Denim Developers BENZAK is a European denim and lifestyle brand from Amsterdam. Founded in 2013, BENZAK set out with denim mill.

Benzak Denim Developers represents the love and passion for Japanese denim and craftsmanship, combined with contemporary European fits. All jeans are made in Kojima, Japan, from the finest Japanese selvedge denim, made in collaboration with Collect Co. Every detail is there for a reason, and has its own purpose and function, without doing any concessions on quality or design. BENZAK - EUROPEAN MAD

E is brought to life to develop high quality basic jeans and other garments without the addition of expensive detailing, focusing on the 3 most important factors: good fits, quality fabrics and clean constructions. The entire line is produced in small ateliers in Portugal. Only fabrics that are made in Europe are being used. All close to home, and supporting European workers, we can proudly say this line is European made.

The latest addition to our fit lineup: B-06 SLIM STRAIGHT.

It's a slim fitting silhouette with a modern low-rise, snug thighs and a consistent slim straight shape down the leg. Due to this, the B-06 is a versatile modernised slim fit suitable for the majority of body types. It’s the European equivalent of the Japanese BDD-006.

Many of the clothes we wear are either inspired by military or work wear, garments that are designed with a certain functionality in mind. But even without the original utility you can find little gems in our wardrobe’s history. One example of this is an indigo dyed herringbone fabric, that has been originally used for French and German work wear. We are now using this beautiful fabric, which has been woven by Collect Mills in Japan, for our staple style BWS-03 MILITARY OVERSHIRT.

Every season we are in search of new fabrics to expand our ever-growing collection with. When we came upon this military denim, we immediately liked the first impression it gave us, it being a raw denim selvedge fabric made the decision to use it that much easier. 
It’s extremely soft for being raw denim and therefore we decided to use it for the BC-01 TAPERED CHINO, which has become one of our best-selling cuts in the entire collection, and BWS-03 MILITARY OVERSHIRT, a piece that both functions as a heavy shirt and light-weight jacket. Both garments work great as individual pieces, but if you’re feeling bold you can always combine them for a unique version of the Canadian tuxedo.
