Mick Keus started his label in March 2012.

His aim was not to invent anything new. He believes that things should come into existence. Having this belief as a starting point he began re-using vintage Levi’s 501. Drawn to their strong and timeless character he started decomposing and afterwards reconstructing these jeans into a new fit. A fit that corresponds with the present. With a clean and simple approach he transformed the Levi’s 501 into a “new” style jeans, MICKKEUS jeans.
