As all Night and Day orders are handmade on order, they take up some time to be created. I try not to deviate from the estimated processing time. If I do, you will be contacted in advance, and you will have the possibility to cancel your order. Shipping:
Night and Day Homewear is shipped from the Netherlands with POST NL and all packages have a track and tr

ace number. Delivery time depends on the country you are ordering from. I ship all over the world, feel free to ask me for the shipping fees and estimated delivery time to your country if you do not find them automatically. International buyers, please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. I am also not responsible for any damage done during shipping. Returns and exchanges:
Night and Day Homewear does not carry stock, all items (except for the Mending Kit) are made to order from a limited quantity of fabric, so please make sure that you really want what you order. Do not hesitate to send me a message with your measurements, so I can help you find the right size. If there is a problem with your order, please send me a message on Etsy within 14 days after receiving the item. The item should be returned within 14 days after your notice. Shipping costs for the return will be on your own expense. I will refund after you have send me the original item back. If the item does not come back in it's original status, you will be responsible to pay for the damage. For custom orders, all sales are considered final. An item becomes custom when it is made from another fabric, or deviates from the standard patterns that I use, by for example adjusting a hem length. Just finished putting in some fresh new lining in these trousers.

Don't throw away your clothing items with torn lining. They can easily be repaired and be worn many more times.

Here's something to look forward to after the Holidays:

On Sunday January 25th, 2026, I am hosting an open walk-in day for learning how to repair your clothing.
Drop by with all your questions about techniques and materials. Suitable for both beginners and advanced makers. You pay by the hour and decide yourself how long you stay, depending on how many questions you have and how many items you’d like to repair.

Sunday January 25th, 11:00–17:00
Amsterdam East (free parking nearby)

€20/hour (materials not included; coffee/tea + cake included)

You pay a minimum of €20 for the first hour; after that, billing is done per quarter-hour.

Various materials and mending kits will also be available for purchase.

Please note: the focus of this walk-in day is mainly on the enjoyment of repairing together. If you prefer an in-depth and intensive mending course, it’s better to book a private lesson.

Last Summer when he was in Tulsa, .a._jansen shot these amazing pics of David Berntson, wearing the two jackets I made him. We took inspiration for these jackets from a Pendleton 49er. They are also made of original Pendleton woolens. But we added some extra pleats in the back shoulders, to give David some room to move, when he's playing the harmonica. Can't wait to see him wear them on stage!
