3 series of window coverings

Nowadays we use mostly practical white, transparent curtains to set our domestic boundaries.

This series of light filter is responding to this by letting layers interact with the natural light source throughout the day and night.
A poetic play will show off colors and how they react with each other as well as different materials that will change in their appearance as they filter light. The user will be able to manipulate this effect by moving the different layers in front of the window. The interaction of the different layers will produce varying effects throughout the daytime and add a different dimension when the light source is reversed at night.

The collection has been created using a varied range of materials. Throughout the design process techniques and materials are utilized in lateral way, creating a number of new innovative possibilities and enhanced tactility and sensibility.
