Diverse partijen en (kennis)instellingen worden aan elkaar gekoppeld om een duurzame, innovatieve productielijn op te zetten. Vakmanschap, kwaliteit, lokale productie, innovatie en duurzaamheid zijn de kernbegrippen binnen het concept.
