We hadden het al eerder over Sittard. Hier treffen we ook conceptstore SOOF aan. Een initiatief van van Sofie Timmers, kleindochter van inmiddels overleden Sittards’ kunstenaar Frans Timmers. Het belangrijkste label dat SOOF voert is BY-BAR AMSTERDAM. Dat label is gestart door Barbara Brenninkmeijer. De collecties van BY-BAR hebben een rijke uitstraling en prachtige details. De collecties zijn modern maar niet aan trends onderhevig waardoor alle items draagbaar zijn voor meer dan één seizoen. Daarmee dragen SOOF en BY-BAR bij aan een minder trendgevoelig en dus meer duurzaam modelandschap in Nederland.
