Not because we source or roast it differently. Quite the opposite.

ARCHIVE is built from coffees that have left our active catalogue but still stand completely on their own in quality: small remaining lots, previous harvests replaced by a new crop, occasional roasting or packing blends. Every component was meticulously sourced, and every batch is roasted with the same precision as everything else leaving A.M.O.C.

The composition is never fixed. Right now, ARCHIVE contains washed Ethiopia, Panama Catuai, Colombia Typica and Colombia Rosado. Next time it might be something else.

A dependable daily driver with considerably more pedigree than its price suggests. Great on filter, and suitable for a lighter espresso.

And because coffee is better shared: get a few friends, family members or colleagues together and order 5 kg to reach the best tiered pricing.

Turritap is a water treatment system designed by Dr. Cees Kamp to alter the physical behaviour of water without adding minerals or chemicals. It works by creating controlled vortices that influence factors such as microbubble formation and surface tension, with the aim of changing how water behaves and is perceived.

We’re assembling a sensory panel to explore the influence of Turritap on coffee.

Based on decades of research, Turritap focuses on how vortices, microbubbles and surface tension influence how we perceive water. During a guided comparative cupping, participants will evaluate side-by-side samples, record their observations, and contribute to a broader understanding of how changes in water treatment are perceived in the cup. Rather than demonstrating a product, the session is built around structured sensory feedback and open discussion.

Beyond contributing to the panel, this is a rare opportunity to experience Turritap in a structured coffee setting — something very few people in the Netherlands have had the chance to do.

No demonstrations. No right or wrong answers. Just careful tasting, honest feedback and open discussion.
