The Pace of a Peaceful Life - Chapter 2.

Chapter 2 of our core collection: “The pace of a peaceful life” is going live today at 5PM AMS time.

This small 2nd chapter consists of a sweatsuit in 2 colors made out of a 588 GSM, 100% mercerized cotton. A fabric you simply will not find anywhere else.

The idea behind these sweatsuit was to make something that’s normally rather simple and cheap with the standards and “rules” of tailoring.

Introducing: The Pace of a Peaceful Life — Chapter 1.

This collection marks the start of a new direction for Lieverd ik ben Thuis. Over the past three years, the brand has grown from an idea in a bedroom into something real. Not just a business, but a way of life. A story that kept developing until it finally made sense.

That story is about a generation that moves too fast. Constantly pulled in different directions. Shaped by media, expectations and a world that doesn’t always feel built to last.

Lieverd ik ben Thuis is a sound or idea against that. A way forward that’s more intentional. Less about mass, more about the moments that actually matter.

This collection is built around that idea: A slower day in the city, time that isn’t rushed, being present in what’s already there… captured on 35mm film.

Nothing exaggerated. Nothing forced. Just how it should be. Made to be worn without overthinking, and made to the standards we hold ourselves to.

This is Chapter 1. The beginning of something more defined.

It is our purpose to leave behind something that holds up. A world built on standards. Built with intention. Built with the future in mind.

“Lay the foundation for a life your children will cherish.”

That’s what this is about. And that’s the promise we carry forward.
