New class... Baby Sensory & Baby Massage 🥰

Great news: there is a new class on the timetable. It's the Baby Sensory and Baby Massage class for newborns (0 - 4 months). 🤗
The perfect class for you and your newborn baby if you are interested in both Baby Sensory and Baby Massage. During each session, there is ample time to relax and exchange experiences, enjoy a few lovely Baby Sensory activities that are great for your child's development and your bond, and also learn a full Shantala massage from Fabienne of Your Kind of Birth (certified trainer). ☺️

The class is on Mondays. We start around 09:45 uur and end around 11:00. The classes are in both English and Dutch.

Nieuwe groep... Baby Sensory & Baby Massage 🥰

Goed nieuws: er is een nieuwe groep op het rooster. Het is de Baby Sensory en Baby Massage groep voor pasgeborenen (0-4 maanden). 🤗
De perfecte groep voor jou en je pasgeboren baby als je geïnteresseerd bent in zowel Baby Sensory als Baby Massage. Tijdens elke sessie is er voldoende tijd om te ontspannen en ervaringen uit te wisselen, te genieten van een aantal leuke Baby Sensory-activiteiten die goed zijn voor de ontwikkeling van je kindje en jullie band, en ook een volledige Shantala-massage te leren van Fabienne van Your Kind of Birth (gecertificeerd trainer). ☺️
De groep is op maandag. We beginnen rond 09:45 uur en eindigen rond 11:00 uur. De sessies worden gegeven in het Engels en Nederlands.

Van de allereerste zintuiglijke ontdekkingen tot de overstap naar de eerste stapjes tot het in alle rust ervaringen delen met andere ouders: er is altijd een groep die bij jullie past.
Voor kindjes van 0 – 18 maanden.

Hoe doe je mee?
Je kunt op elk moment instromen.

of schrijf een WhatsApp-bericht met de groep van je keuze naar 06-55141272
of stuur een DM.

Inschrijven voor het blok of eerst een proefsessie kan allebei.

Goed om te weten: Twijfel je welke groep het beste bij de ontwikkeling van je kindje past? Stuur me gerust een berichtje, dan kijken we samen naar de mogelijkheden.

Tip: Wil je extra quality time en een nog hechtere community? Je bent van harte welkom om aan meerdere groepen per week deel te nemen.

Once upon a time, long ago... (see photo 1) 📚 there was a Baby Sensory group on Mondays. After a while, that group disappeared, and there was only a Friede Baby Sensory toddler group on Mondays. And then... peek-a-boo (see photo 2), there was the Monday group again. 🤗

Starting September 7th, there is once again a Baby Sensory group for everyone with a baby / child aged 0 - 18 months. The Baby Sensory & coffee and tea group is from 12:00 till 13:00 and you will get a free cup of coffee or tea. You are most welcome! www.friede.nl

Er was eens lang geleden... (zie foto 1) 📚 een Baby Sensory groep op maandags. Na een tijdje verdween die groep en was er alleen een Friede Baby Sensory dreumes groep op de maandag. En toen... kiekeboe (zie foto 2), daar was de maandag groep weer. 🤗

Vanaf 7 september is er weer een Baby Sensory groep voor iedereen met een baby / kindje van 0 - 18 maanden. De Baby Sensory & koffie en thee groep is van 12:00 tot 13:00 uur en je krijgt een gratis kopje koffie of thee. Jullie zijn van harte welkom! www.friede.nl

For little ones aged 0 – 18 months.

You can register for the term or start with a trial session.

Tuesdays 09:30: Baby Sensory 0 - 15 months
Tuesdays 10:45: Friede Toddlers 12 - 18 months

Of course, you are also still welcome on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Sundays.

Dear all,
Friede's fourth year has already come to an end. How time has flown! 😱

I am incredibly grateful for the past year. Together, we create a wonderful, safe place where everyone is welcome and there is real time for connection. You are all incredibly dear to me: the babies, toddlers, parents, caregivers, and everyone who helps me keep Friede running. 🥰

I wish you a fantastic summer full of sensory fun in the sand, the sea, the sun... ☀️ Are you working through the summer? Then I hope you can also enjoy some time off in between.

The sessions start again on September 6th. I am already looking forward to seeing you all after the holidays, full of fresh energy. It will be a special year, because it is Friede's FIFTH year! 🥳 Another new year full of developmental activities, relaxation, fun, connection, social development, and social contact.

And if your little one is too old for Baby Sensory and Friede Toddlers after the summer, I wish you wonderful new adventures and sincerely hope that we will cross paths somewhere in the future. I will certainly miss you during the sessions. 🥺
