Over the past 4 months we’ve poured our hearts into fundraising for Little Miracles Trust 🤍

Through our community raffle, silent auction, and The Miracle Market, we’ve been blown away by the support from our Blenheim community.

Together, we raised $8,824 ✨

supports families with premature and critically unwell babies in NICU — providing practical support, care packages, equipment funding, and backing neonatal research across New Zealand.

Thank you to every single person who bought a ticket, donated a prize, placed a bid, ran a stall, shared a post, or simply showed up to the market. This community is something special 🤍

And this is just the beginning. This was our first round of fundraising, and we’d love to make The Miracle Market — in whatever form that takes — an annual event. Keep your eyes peeled for what we do next ✨

Thank you for being the most incredible dads to Violet and Esmee through it all steady, patient, hands-on and always showing up. You stepped up without hesitation. This event might have had our names on it, but it only worked because of you.

And at the centre of it all 💜 Esmee and Violet. Our brave, hard-working little fighters who did the real hard work right from the beginning. They fought to be here. We’re just here to support them, cheer them on, and do whatever we can in their corner. Everything we do is for them 🤍

💛 .clothing.carousel – for the advice, a little social media support, and for loaning clothing racks and donating some pieces to help us get the donation station off the ground.

💛 – for loaning tables for our raffle stand and saving us from putting everything on the floor (which honestly felt like a real possibility at one point).

💛 & Elena Metcalf – for jumping in and helping set up on the day, hanging clothes, gold star sticking, and for loaning us a marquee when we needed it. Bestie energy at its finest — just showing up and getting it done.

💛 The MySpace youth centre – for being so accommodating at short notice, happily saying “yes” to being our wet weather backup and loaning us the BBQ. Absolute lifesavers.

💛 – for the marquee that kept us cool, covered and slightly more organised than we probably looked.

💛 The Sun Newspaper – for sharing our story and helping spread the word far and wide across Marlborough.

💛 Greg & Anna from cash is king – for lighting up the three big screens in town with Miracle Market goodness. Nothing like seeing your event 10 feet tall while you’re mildly panicking inside.

💛 – for sorting us a card machine so we could run our stalls smoothly (making for no excuse not to get a hotdog!! 😜)

💛 To all our friends and family – who donated clothing, listened to us stress, answered late night voice notes, offered support, encouragement and ideas… and never once said “maybe don’t do this.” Your quiet support behind the scenes meant more than you know.

💛 And to anyone we may have forgotten and all the families who came and spoke about personal experiences please know we are so grateful for you too. Tired mums club will always forget someone, but our appreciation is very real 🤍

✨ It takes a village… and ours showed up BIG time. ✨

The Miracle Market simply would not have been possible without the incredible people and businesses who gave their time, energy, resources and hearts to this cause. We are so beyond grateful.

💛 Nana Kat – for giving us such great advice in the planning stages, backing our ideas from the very beginning, and then going on to sell countless raffle tickets (and everything else you could get your hands on!). You’re not only the best Nana to Esmee and mum, but one of our biggest supporters — and we are so grateful for you.

💛 Nana veronica – for babysitting at the drop of a hat, jumping in on the donation station, chatting to everyone who came through, and for patiently listening to me rant like this market was happening to me and not because of me 😂 You’ve supported us in every way and you truly deserve a medal.

💛 Nana & Grandad Myles – for always stepping in to babysit whenever Violet needed it, so Mum could be out preparing. We couldn’t have done this without you.

💛 Esmees Poppa Roo – for being our legend handy man and supplying and cutting the wood for our signs (with Tayla’s very specific measurement instructions 😂)

💛 – for letting us bounce ideas off you for months, helping with hours (and hours!) of admin, printing and running our clothing stall like an absolute pro on the day.

The Miracle Market is on from 10am – 2pm this Sunday and ‘We’ (Holly, Violet, Tayla & Esmee) can’t wait to see you there!

Come on down and grab yourself a 🌭 gourmet hot dog, browse beautiful clothing and craft stalls, treat the kids to an 🍦 ice cream, enjoy a coffee, and soak up everything our amazing stallholders have to offer. There’s truly something for everyone!

Most importantly — this market is all about fundraising for The Little Miracles Trust 💛

On the day you’ll find:
✨ Our gourmet hot dog stand (all proceeds going to the Trust)
✨ A Donation Station with pre-loved clothing — pay what you think it’s worth (look for the gold stars!)

We want to say an immense THANK YOU to The Blenheim Sun for interviewing and featuring us in the local newspaper, as well as sponsoring advertisement spaces on the lead up to The Miracle Market date (this Sunday). What a community we have!! 🤍🤍

The Miracle Market will be held in Market Place (the forum) this Sunday 15th of Feb between 10am - 2pm
You’ll find local stalls, live music, food/drink carts, pre-loved clothing, fundraising including our raffle, auction and Gourmet Hot Dog Stand! There will even be kids face painting!

The Miracle Market is on this Sunday in Blenheim!

The Miracle Market is a relaxed, family-friendly community market bringing together local stallholders, food, and fundraising — all in support of The Little Miracles Trust, a NZ charity that supports babies and families in NICU

On the day you’ll find:
• Live music
• Coffee, ice creams, food and treats
• Local makers and small businesses
• A gourmet hot dog stand (with all proceeds going to the charity)
• Pre-loved clothing and a “pay what you think it’s worth” donation station
• A charity raffle and silent auction, with prizes donated by over 50 local Blenheim businesses

Some stallholders are also choosing to donate a portion of their sales to the cause ✨

While putting this event together and chatting with other locals, we’ve seen just how many people in our community have been touched by NICU, and how important the support of The Little Miracles Trust is for local families 💛

Whether you’re coming along to support a local cause, or just to browse, grab a coffee or enjoy a gourmet hot dog, everyone’s welcome and we’d love to see you there!!
