Here is the last piece to the website for awhile - I need to concentrate on commissions at the moment as they are stacking up!

This beautiful boucle fabric in a soft pink and white was leftover from a previous client - so thank you Gemma!

I've kept the wide headband simple with just small clusters of pearls.

Another update to the website today - this beautiful powder blue silk piece.

Silk abaca is a handmade fabric weaving together abaca fibres and silk thread.
Abaca is a fibrous plant related to the banana family and reportedly the strongest natural leaf fibre.

Adding in the silk threads creates a luxurious sheen and allows the material to be formed into quite structural shapes.

This lurex thread sinamay is really hard to photograph - so here is a wee video that shows the colours better.

The shine is beautiful and this easy to wear headband would really elevate a simple black outfit.

This piece was a quick turnaround!

2 days from blocked to boxed.

This beautiful soft dusky pink upturned brim is so elegant, perfect for the UK wedding my client is attending.

I toned in the dress with ivory flowers and hand rolled sinamay leaves in a pink with gold thread, mink and ivory.

It's an understated statement 🩷
