It's been an extremely busy last few months and it still is with customers already booking in for January next year. I did manage to have a week away in the school holidays with my family to the gorgeous Cable Bay. Please note if you are wanting anything done I am currently booked up until June.

I don't know where March went let alone January and February. Its been a huge couple of months and it's not looking like it will slow down just yet. Amongst the alterations and curtain hemming jobs 🤯 11 sequinned dance costumes and 34 nuns costumes that needed shortening I have also been busy with the committee I'm on organising the next Fabric-a-Brac event.
Below is some photos of recent work. This set of cushions have sat in a box for many years waiting to be reunited with a much loved chair. Some memory bears to remember a dear friend gone too soon and some of the wool blanket soft toys I make for the markets.

Happy new year to each and every one of you. I hope you all are having a lovely break. My goal for 2025 was to get 1000 followers. I managed to do that in early December and now over 1100 of you are following my wee business and creative journey. I'm still on holiday with my wee family but I will be at The Shabby Chic Market at Woolston on Sunday 4th January. I am then taking a week to reorganise my space and entertain my wee helper (aka 7 year son ). I'll be fully available again from the 12th but happy to take enquiries before then.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New year. It's been a busy year with so many different projects. I love the variety as it makes every day different.
I want to take this moment to thank each and every one of you. For sharing my posts, bringing me work, recommending me to your family and friends and supporting me throughout the year.
Two years ago when I took leave from my teaching career I didn't know what my future held other than being more available for my hubby and son and wanting to create. I never imagined I would make over 170 memory bears, my work would end up winning best dressed at the races last year or being worn on Breakfast TV this year.
I am taking a well earned break with my wee family and will be available again from the 15th January.
From my family to yours take care and have a lovely Christmas.

With Christmas fast approaching and enquiries not slowing down I just wanted to give you all a wee heads up around time frames. I cannot guarantee that any enquiries/orders from now on will be able to be done by Christmas. At this stage completion of any new ones will be looking at mid to late January as I, like many of you are in desperate need of a break and some time with my wee family. I will be at the Makers and Creators Market at St Andrews College on Saturday for my last Market of the year.
As always I am so grateful for everyone's support, for recommending me to friends, family or anyone who is in need of my services.
The photo below made my lovely customer tear up. This was a fun make and backed with Polar fleece to be snuggled under while away camping.
