Hello everybody. I haven't posted anything for a while as I felt not very well at the last Shabby Chic at the beginning of the month and be still not 100%. The projects are waiting to be finished and so I work slowly but steadily on things. A cute little short overall, size 6-12, with added back pockets and lots of little details. I will take another picture when it is complete ready for sale. A cropped stripy top with mushroom, Size small -12. The short mustard colored jacket top finishes of the look. Wear it with leggings and a long merino so you show it of even in Winter. Of course made with love in New Brighton by Fresh from the garden.

Sunshine, lots of people, the fejioas at the Avebury house were ripening and falling to the ground. The flower display were not ready yet but if you come to the next market (7.of June) it will be inside. I'm looking forward to the next Sunday when vintage lovers will flock in to Woolsten and attend the legendary Shabby Chic market. May the 3.Have a wonderful relaxing week until we see us at the Rochester Villa.

To rain or not to rain? Drizzle in the early morning but at the Shabby Chic Market it was cloudy, overcast, no sun but heaps of people. I had a different location again and forgot to take actually some photos. Instead I will send a little video about a German Bakery. Maybe you watch it and get hungry. I had a great time, talked a lot as usually and learnt some things about this and that as I had different people around me.

Good Friday, sunny warm weather and finished another ensemble. A floaty tie dye dress,( size S/M) $49 which I had to do my magic too as it was a bit... and that dark green jacket with a little homage to Frida, made by Sarah from the shabby chic market, who does all the time some whimsical, I love. That red leather bag is in need of a shush so I bought some red leather, color because it is worth it.
Enjoy the long weekend everybody doesn't matter what you do. Gardening or sewing, camping, renovating or just doing nothing...we see us at the next shabby chic market? By glorious weather, big smiles and new goodies all the way from New Brighton presented by Fresh from the garden, of course. Thank you.

I will do more clothing for men. That is a try of bleaching and patchwork on a shorts to show those beautiful lower legs/calves. Fresh from the garden had of course their hands in that pants as these little patches are full with needles before their go under the sewing machine. Was fun to make. Size M/L $50 just in case.

Finished a little party top in green and pink lamee. Mannequin wears also a little apron with poodles, I will show another time I just didn't wanted her to be naked down there. Size S/M $45. I know it will not be every bodies taste but I like it anyway. Made by Fresh from the garden.

My first car boot sale without the car in Richmond at the Richmond gala. It was hot, thanks for the umbrella, and heaps of people in the area as a lot was going on. The regular Saturday produce market, Cafe, funky music, some display before the Avebury house and community organization lined the ways in the gardens and of course the car boot sale. Set up was very generous having no car to cater for. The sales of funky stuff was good and I got some cool stuff too. Next Gala is in October, maybe a good time to get rid of things. Have a wonderful evening people.
