Just bought this dress
It is look lovely on a picture but unfortunately it is already really regrettable purchase. Without even seeing it just don’t feel like wearing it already!the sad story is below.
I have asked the company to provide me with invoice/ receipt ( the parcel has arrived without one). We shipped this parcel to my husband office in Australia.the company is Australian and it seems logical,
because my husband is taking dress from OZ to here, so we thought to claim GSTat the airport. By the way the dress is not cheap-$899 AUD.
I have approached the company have refused to provide one because “ they feel I am going to use this dress in commercial purposes!”
Needless to say they been so rude and incompetent, lying that reciept doesnt have to have ABN!
Beware when you deal with this company.
The owner and the stuff are incredibly rude to the point that it is impossible to have a normal conversation.
Never again- although such a shame- beautiful dresses!
