A little introduction for all our new followers 🐑👋

18 years ago, I started Exquisite Blankets with a simple idea to inspire and bring more beautiful New Zealand wool into everyday life.

Back then, I found it surprisingly hard to find beautiful wool blankets, and that’s where my journey began. What started with blankets has grown and evolved over the years, and today we’re known as Exquisite Wool Traders, reflecting the ever growing range of wool products we offer.

From beautiful NZ wool blankets and throws, knitwear and clothing, to our Wool Bags, Wool Pots and Natural Legacy woollen caskets and Ash Urns. My passion has always stayed the same: finding more ways to use and celebrate this incredible natural fibre. 🐑

I hope through what we do, we can inspire you to bring a little more NZ wool into your home and everyday life.

It was an exciting day having Martin from AW Hainsworth visit us all the way from the UK! 🇬🇧

AW Hainsworth is the mill behind our beautiful bedding blankets, made using premium New Zealand Merino and pure wool. It was great to have Martin meet our team in person, talk all things wool, blankets and throws, and discuss what’s ahead. 🐑🤍
