"How often should I actually get my eyes tested?" 🤔 We get asked this a lot.

As a general guide:
👶 Kids — first eye test around age 4, then every 1–2 years
🧑 Adults (18–39) — every 2 years, or sooner if you wear glasses/contacts or notice changes
👓 40+ — every 1–2 years, as risk of conditions like glaucoma and macular degeneration increases
👴 65+ — annually, to keep on top of age-related eye health

Of course, if you notice any changes to your vision, headaches, or eye discomfort in between check-ups, don't wait. Book in sooner.

Regular eye exams aren't just about your prescription — they're one of the best ways to catch bigger health issues early, sometimes before you even notice symptoms.
